We want you to love wearing the Saints. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Exchanges for size

Wrong size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll swap it for another size, as long as we have it in stock. Send the item back unworn and unwashed, with its tags on, and we'll ship the new size once it arrives.

Returns

You can return unworn, unwashed items with their tags on within 30 days of delivery for a refund to your original payment method.

• Email shop@columbussaints.org with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange.
• We'll reply with where to send it.
• Return shipping is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged.
• Refunds go back to your card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Cash App within a few days of the item reaching us. The original shipping charge isn't refunded.

Not returnable

• Limited edition show shirts marked final sale.
• Stickers, patches and magnets once opened.

Wrong or damaged?

If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you in full, shipping included.
